  Item came totally damaged by not packing correctly. +50 messages to have her file a claim which is what UPS instructed. Not cooperative and totally did not understand that the SELLER has to file the claim-she has the log in for her accounts. I now have almost $500 that is on my CC... CC company has to wait for eBay. Unprofessional, noy willing to put forth effort to get this resolved after I immediately contacted. UPS not totally at fault NO bubble wrap and corners not protected. Good luck.

  This item was insured with UPS liability insurance which I paid extra for even though you paid for the shipping, I tried diligently to explain to you and how to file your claim, which is on you to do not me because YOU have the item, you refused to send me pictures of the damage from the beginning which doesn’t matter because having the property in possession is also requirement to file the claim, I don’t take damaged items as returns, this is why I had the insurance to begin with.
