An excellent overall guide to having hypermobile Spectrum disorder and hypermobile EDS
Well-written, by someone who already has the condiition, the writer takes you through it, clearly and without it being too academic -heavy. There are plenty of ways of managing the condition and everything from diagnosis (although this is now a bit out of date in this book) through to connective tissues and related conditions, children and teenager's feelings about having the condition and it is a general life-line in all things Hypermobility related.
