It's Fine
Most probably my fault for not researching thoroughly. Always wanted one as my mother had had one years ago. The problem is not being able to release the arm section for cleaning and having to hold it over the sink to avoid a mess on the unit.
The most important problem is removing/replacing the blades with your fingers. I must avoid cutting myself and I find this very dangerous for my condition and a constant nightmare. I would not buy on line again.
