  Goblet arrived in 4 pieces, with one piece off the bottom placed in the cup part of the item, implying that this damage was done prior to packing. Hugely disappointed that no attempt to contact was made, if this was the case.

  Apologies to seller. Disappointment made me quick to leave negative feedback when I should have taken a breath. Seller gave full refund, still disappointed, but I accepted that there was nothing that could have been done to prevent the damage in transit. Again, deeply sorry for upset caused to seller by feedback, the communication and response was quicker and more kind than I have experienced previously.
