oil
i find that Castrol edge 5W,30 a very good oil this is the only oil i will use and Audi recommend you use this oil all the time in my 2.7 TDI Audi A6 Avant with it being long life oil it gives me ease knowing that it looks after you engine as i change my oil and filter twice per service a full service and 6 month later just the oil and filter until the next full service again

It does a good job for what I wanted it to do and that is to clear the heavy and flaky paint off the gate and railings that we have to a good finish and ready to paint

A good product in my eyes
I think it does a good job and when you have used it for a while I think that you can tell a slight difference and you feel just a little bit better and it made me sleep a little better than I have been so I think that they do a bit of something what I don’t know try them for yourselves and see t it makes you feel a little bit better or it could be all in my mind who knows it’s not done me any harm so it can’t be bad
