  After searching for a long time for a fireplace mantle, I came across this seller on eBay. The product was dispatched for delivery within a couple of days of ordering. The fireplace comes flat packed, but it’s easy enough to put together quickly and it is excellent quality. It has transformed my room before I’ve even painted and styled it.   Seller was really helpful and patient with me when asking lots of questions on custom sizing. Item is exactly as described, solid good quality wood. Packaged really well and posted quickly. I would definitely recommend. My only wish was for the instructions to be more dummy proof, it is very very straight forward to assemble but my husband is awful at DIY still got it wrong so we have slight gaps but this is our fault. Would be really good if there was an option to have primed for an extra fee.

  Thanks for the glowing report, I think ...lol ...I am a sole trader of 69 years young still earning a crust as best I can .... but I don,t do painting, sorry ... these are sold as DIY items for customers own preference of finish ... there shouldnt be any gaps ?
