When fitted we had a problem with one of the toilet seat hinges, it wouldn't tighten up, so i messaged plumbworlduk and received a reply straight away from their customer service department who issued a replacement part. The new part turned up the next day so I'm really impressed with how efficiently the company dealt with my issue. 5 star service would highly recommend this seller.
