Hunger games meets house flying daggers.

Reminds me of a lower buget house of flying daggers ( which i didnt care for either) for teen's. Be careful check what version you buy. One I got only has English dubbed. Would rather had japanese and read subtitles. Pros Nice country side Good looking cast Ok sword fighting scenes Cons Voice dubs although better than most still suck. Bad acting Cheesy villains like slightly better than power rangers. If you like power rangers and house of daggers crouching tiger you will love this. Or magma as it is based off comic.

Not for martial art combat techniques but good read.

Author tells his journey of ninja training while telling history of the ninja. Some funny stories. The stories have meaning to them. You will learn some ninja insight and training methods but not much how to use weapons or hand to hand combat. Some but not in great detail. Lots of pictures of weapons. Short book but was a entertaining read. Pick up authors other ninja books and a few martial arts books, find a training partner and you will be on track to being a ninja.
