Love this.
I use this to mix in with foundation and it helps to give a light glow. Not glittery but subtle glow.
Also might even be helping me keep the foundation on longer. Other people use this to just add back the natural glow on their face after putting a foundation on. E.g. lighting dabbing it in place using a brush.

Omds this calms me down!!
These chewing guns alongside the Rescue Remedy syrup really helped me calm down for my driving test.
I suggest using the syrup as it has more effect then the chewing gums for serious situations where the nervousness really plays up.
However I still take these chewing gums when I have to drive to unfamilair place or something to keep me calm. And they really work!!!
