  Fantastic ebayer, communication was second to none which was essential for me as I had the added complication of trying to arrange a lift or courier for collection. Anything I needed to know, this ebayer was on hand to give me all the information I needed. He even took the futon down to the ground floor allowing me to get a £10 discount from the courier!
