Furniture "the right people" ( sadly at the wrong time )
1 of 1 found this helpful had the tape back in the late 80s and these were songs to wallow to,to rage to,to cry to
songs that hit the nerves of loss,longing and regret,and yet still , some are real catchy tunes but
I still love to have a drink put this on rewind and wonder,what if,what if....
just try it one night alone and remember......

Rumers has it.... Well, she has!
I bought rumers first CD a few years back and found the voice of an Angel, and with the next cd into colour, she took you in to her world with beautifully written songs, the highlight for me being the moving emotional Butterfly. Here she is covering other people's songs luckily many I had not heard before like P.F.Sloan and Sarah's smile and lovely versions of old favourites like home thoughts from abroad.
I look forward to rumers next original work and hopefully a promotional tour visiting Liverpool but in the meantime I'm enjoying finding this girls take in other artists work, and make no mistake this girl is quality, not a warbler like a lot of female singers these days but a smooth velvet voice that has you reaching for the wine and chocolates while her songs wash over you!!
