Poor Design
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought 2 units because of my confidence in Best Buy. One of the units only worked for 1 tank of water and then I could not get it to reset when I filled the tank back up. Tried multiple things and all failed. Searched internet and found this must be a chronic problem. The other unit, I tested and it is not consistent. They don't even feel robust when you pull them out of the box. Low quality design!
Best Buy has accepted return on one unit and I've requested return of both units.
Highly disappointed that I have to waste my personal time with these!
