  Very rude and unprofessional person, raised a concern that part of the purchased item was damaged in transit and the seller responded in a very confrontational and rude manner,I was accused of Bluffing and trying to get a discount even though photos of damage was passed and I never asked for anything as I was allready aware that the delivery driver had tried to force the item through the letterbox.Shocking behaviour. Unhelpfull,rude, poor experiance shame as cue is very nice and delivery cheap.

  Buyer accused me of dishonesty, was moaning and complaining about something that was not caused by me. I said he could return the item and would be fully rebated, he refused. Kept on moaning - when he realised he was not going to get more money off me, continued to accuse me of being impolite in not pandering to his greed. Utterly pathetic, similar to dealing with a spoilt child.
