Worth the price.

Klonoa Heroes is a game worth picking up if you're willing to pay that much for it. The game starts off slow but very quickly picks up in speed and difficulty, so you'd better be ready for that. A nice, large, hubworld map to run around, and access the other worlds and visions from. Case in point, if you can find someone who is selling Klonoa Heroes for 20-30 dollars, it's totally worth picking up.
