Some excuse about the sorting office being busy and she’d get it back and send it the next day . Another week, still no parcel. She said it was too rainy to go out with her guide dog, said she’d send it out with an extra gift. Still no parcel. Said I should have updated the claim. Still no parcel a month later. Said she’d cancel, refund, relist. I could re buy. She didn’t.

Great value
For the price, these bins are fantastic. They easily hold 20kg of rat food and keep it fresh. The lid is easy to open but secure enough for animals not to be able to get into it, and the scoop it comes with is good quality too. The bin is lightweight, obviously needs no assembly and the bright lid makes it easy to distinguish from the other food bins in the house.
