Easy to fit
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to replace a warped and flimsy existing loft hatch. This one was so easy to fit with the screws supplied and had a good seal around the ceiling joint. Fitting of the door was simple and the securing plates were fitted. The insulation is a better quality than the previous polystyrene. the door looks easily and appears to make a good seal. The loft hatch looks a much better product than the old hatch.
