a very good beginners yoga dvd
A very easy dvd to follow and is very good for beginners the poses are very easy to do. Over all a very good yoga dvd and is very good value for money very good for destressing,but if you want a very good relaxing dvd try this one. If you want a very good relaxing program try this dvd and get a tai chi dvd or a chi gong or qigone or it pronounced chi kung. Use the two together for a rewarding relaxing de stressing gentle exercise progrome

a very enjoyable game for the wii
1 of 1 found this helpful brillant a great game. just like the board game but you dont have to put the bits away. The mini games are fun. As you play the game you win points and rewards. When you you get points. you unlock new boards and mini games. It is ver hard to win the wii itself, but you can win it. I have won three times. If you own a property and the wii owns one of the same colour it wiil ask you for a deal. My advice is dont deal then the wii is less likely to win. over all a very fun game to play. It really good if you have four human players it is more fun then. A great party game. Also good for playing against your hubby. parnters and kids. I found this very enjoyable and I love playing it. One word of warning it can be quite addictive as you want to keep playing it to win the wii. Once you you have won the wii. you will be very pleased you have won, but you will want play again and again just to see how many times you can win. I played the game for about 5 hours in one slot.

very good dvd
2 of 2 found this helpful A brilliant dvd very easy to follow very easy to do. Some of the moves are quite hard, but the instustions are very clear, Even for beginners. A excellent dvd for people who want to begin Tai chi. A excellent all rounder. I really enjoyed using this I have all 4 in the sreis all has good as this one. I have tried other tai chi like the yang form and the chen form but the hung yuan form is one of the most easiset and the most gentle form of tai chi I know. I have been doing tai chi for about 3 years If you want a gentle easy form this is the one for you. Even the dvd in this seris the 24 form is easy.Once you have learnt all the moves the whole form takes 8 mins to do brilliant.
