  I received perfume well and fine but as it’s my first time opening the perfume, I accidentally open at the wrong side and all my perfume poured out. I reached out to the seller to tell them of my ordeal and I was not treated well at all. So I won’t be purchasing another perfume from the seller again

  I politely explained to you that I do not offer replacements and can only provide a refund if your item was received damaged. In this circumstance, you had explained to me that you opened the atomosier and accidentally poured out the perfume therefore, I cannot refund you since that was a fault from your end. I do not give out free products simply because you’re requesting for it, you do have to purchase from my store if you wish to receive another product.
