  Very nice item and has a good handmade rustic quality, however packaging was lackluster and items were loose inside. For the price point, I would expect a better presentation. Nothing was damaged so I will be keeping it. Overall, the items are nice and they work well. I have used this twice since. The ceramic inserts work well for preventing hands from being burned. The sugar bowl holds a generous portion. The set definitely has a very rustic feel, yet also a level ritualistic sophistication.
