I ordered 4 x 20kg bags of 9-7-7 COMPOUND fertiliser. Only 3 have been supplied, so I'm missing one 20kg bag. Even worse than that is the fact that what you have supplied is the wrong product. You have supplied a 9-7-7 BLENDED fertiliser. this is a cheaper product than what is advertised for sale. The product is not as described. You have also not responded to any of my messages regarding this. This is all very disappointing. I'm now looking for my money back from Ebay . BEWARE. DO NOT BUY!

DPD said they couldn't deliver this item as it was perishable. I tried several times to contact Rural Supplies, through eBay and directly by email without response. I informed and discussed with eBay help. After about 3 weeks and needing the item I ordered from another supplier. Then out of the blue this item turned up. Now I have two...NOT HAPPY. No communication from this seller. I was a repeat customer, not anymore. Do not buy from this seller. If there is a problem they don't communicate.

Item paid for on 16/04/2025. I waited until 20/05/2025, item was supposed to be delivered by 16/05/2025, informed of a refund that may take a few days to get to my account, shockingly poor service, no information regarding item or why the delivery date was so long and missed. Almost five weeks wasted waiting for an item that never arrived, no explantation given and no communication whatsoever. whoever is responsible for this shambles should be held accountable.
