The paper is not feeding properly.
Right from the beginning, the paper would not always feeding properly. I find that when I put a little pressure on the exposed end of the individual paper to be used, it does work. I'm hoping that with a little time, it will work as it should. As of now, it just takes more time than it should.. If it doesn't get better, I will have to take it to a repair shop . If it is repairable and I pay for it, will someone pick up the tab?
Other than that, it prints as it should but I haven't tried all the operations yet. One step at a time.

Disappointed
0 of 1 found this helpful I first bought the "original" color vial thinking that when in daylight, it would be green. It was not but it does glow nicely green in the dark So I bought the green hoping that it would produce a bright green color in daylight as shown in your picture and also produce a green glow as shown in the picture that was better than the "original" in the dark. It did neither.
Did I get a bad vial. I have no idea but if my expectations were not unreasonable, I think you should send me another vial of the green that looks like your pictures, at no charge. And if you should like to have my unit back, I still have it, have not used any of it and would be happy to return it if you provide my with a prepaid container. By the way, I did flood it with LED light for some time without result. And I also shook both the same amount of time. In re your request for pics, I'm 87 and don't have the capability to do that. Sorry. I know that would help. Question: how long should the glow last as a result of how much light flooding? Is there a max flooding duration beyond which there is no improvement in time?

The same quality product as of old. Somewhat unusual in today's marketplace.
The same tight weave as before. Some other cotton products break apart.
