Stain away
A little goes a long way and results are excellent. Cleans brown t- stains from crockery and utensils without effort. Expensive but worth the results.

Unreliable on/off switch
1 of 1 found this helpful The on/off switch does not work properly. After switching on it then sometimes clicks off immediately so have to re-set .irritating as otherwise I like this kettle and bought to replace a similar one that I'd had for about 10 years with no problems, just slight discolouration. Glad to have kept it as a spare as will need to use it again...
