While overall the the experience was positive, I would have to question the description of the item as "Opened - Never Used", as I found batteries, one leaking slightly in the item. Thankfully I removed it and was able to clean the battery terminal before it had done any real damage, so a little disappointed there. However communication over this issue was good, and the rest was all packed as new so I suspect there had in fact been very little use.

Unfortunately I received a black clock instead of a requested white one . I contacted the seller who stated that white was out of stock . If I had known this when ordering i would have cancelled my order . I did return my item to the seller and promptly received a full refund , however I feel it was all avoidable if I had been aware of the supply issue at the time of ordering .
