Useful in Firewall
Needed to gain VGA access no VGA onboard my firebox. Found out it had PCI slot.
Brilliant I thought, I can stick a old PCI VGA in there. Ordered this PCI adapter from China fairly quick on post.
Plugged in PCI good fit flexible, strong adapter. Plugged in VGA and off I went into BIOS settings.
Now I have a great little firewall with fresh install.
Materials are good the solder was good no burn's.

Great little board, packed with lots of bios features which is a colourful one.
For a 6 PCIE 1gbe onboard VGA HDMI usb 3. This is usable with a usb live install.
I tested this with i3 3.6GHz 4gb to start with and loaded up knoppix and it was fast.
By default detection of a PCIE graphics ment i did not have to prepare enter the BIOS to change any graphics setting. Nice.
So I am more than impressed board and Asrock enough to buying their next board with even more PCIE
