  I bought the same one back in July as one of my girlfriends Christmas presents and it was stolen from her car a couple of weeks ago.   So sorry I was unable to send you the item. I spent over an hour trying to find it with no success, so I can only think my husband sold it elsewhere without telling me. However, you did receive a refund right away, and at the same time I messaged you right away to apologise for the error. It’s a shame you still felt you were not satisfied, and I’m sorry there wasn’t much else I could have done. I hope you will be able to find one elsewhere and have a lovely Xmas.
