Friend to the environment and chef
I’ve had the original standard size version for 7 years, and it’s still going strong but I just wanted the new kid on the block! It’s true that it’s faster to heat up than my original model, lighter to lift and easier to clean but, those aside, it remains what it always was: an absolute treat to roast and bake in and a boon to the energy-conscious cook. Can’t be faulted. Thanks Remoska!

Don’t bother...
I bought this in good faith thinking it would look like its picture. It’s NOT gold - just an ugly dark metallic colour.
Not worth returning. I’m stuck with it.
