Poor quality
0 of 1 found this helpful This is VERY poor quality as compared to similar products at a cheaper price. As soon as I took it out of its packaging, I could tell it was of a poor quality aluminium, i.e. brittle aluminium 'feels' different, it even sounds different when you tap it against something. Then when trying to put the casters into the base, the holes were all tight to varying degrees. Even now, two are still only 2/3 inserted because the holes are so snug and I daren't knock them in lest I break the cheap aluminium—so we'll add poor moulding to the list of issues.
Unfortunately, I'd been without a base for my office/gaming chair for over a week, so I'll just make do until this inevitably breaks. But for anyone looking for a replacement themselves: LOOK ELSEWHERE.

1 of 1 found this helpful It's the base of an office chair, so not really a great deal to review! It seems to be good quality, it's supporting my weight, it's... pretty shiny, which is nice... So, umm... yeah. It's doing its job pretty well! And at that price, I definitely can't complain 🙂
