Excellent Android Device
3 of 3 found this helpful Really happy with this phone. Decided to buy after I'd used a T-Mobile G1 for a year and wanted to upgrade.
I've found that I actually use the Nexus One more than the G1 simply because of it's speed. The 1GHz Snapdragon makes a huge difference when browsing the web, it's pretty much as fast as a netbook. Not kidding. Also helps with other processor intensive apps such as Google Maps and even things like scrolling through your contacts faster.
Android 2.2 also rocks. Flash support (fullscreen streaming mobile Kongregate games! Sony Movie Trailers!) and makes you feel more at home on the web (even shows Flash ads lol).
Having used this and the iPhone 3GS, I wouldn't look back. iPhone just seems to simple and controlled for a power user, I much prefer the 'bleeding edge' of Android and the choice of free apps. It's the little things like being able to place an LED toggle on your homescreen so you can use your phone as a torch. But also the multitasking... e.g. Browsing web, checking online banking, ordering Motherboard in separate tab, receiving order confirmation e-mail in k-9 Mail, texting etc. You just don't get that fluidity on an iDevice.
Oh and the touchscreen is awesome, extremely sensitive and Multi-Touch is smooth as.
Recommended.
PS - Upgrading from an Android to another Android = Contacts/Calendar/Mail auto sync :)

Ford S-MAX 2009 compatible
Works great in the original S-MAX which was specified without the USB/iPod option. This car has bluetooth but can’t stream music without that option. This gadget fits in nicely and gives me both handsfree calls as well as Bluetooth music from my iPhone. Definitely going to recommend this for any car without Bluetooth or inability to stream music.
