New blade makes all the difference

A new blade transformed my recently purchased used shredder where the previous owner was sharpening an old blade and was fed up with the resulting performance. With the new blade in it dealt readily with 25mm conifer branches all day long. This made the shredder a bargain. It did dull eventually before needing to be reversed but by the time the second edge went the huge pile of cuttings had been chopped up ready for bagging/compost.
