The dose for premenopausal women is one pump every night starting one week after the end of your period and finishing when your period starts. The dose for post-menopausal women is three weeks of half a pump every night, and one week off. The dose for men is half a pump every night, continuously. Too much can reverse improvements, but there are no contra-indications for medication etc, it is very safe to use.
