  So the best things to report are the product was shipped very quickly and well protected. The card is in good condition and was sold at a good price, maybe too good and now I understand why. There are three distinguishable flaws that were not pictured or shown in the listing. I want to reiterate, packaging and shipping were flawless but the card pictures shown do not fully represent the card in hand. I am just going to sell the card as is and purchase another.

  Horrible shipping. Horrible condition. It said excellent condition but it's extremely bent. Packaging was horrible. Card came bent and destroyed.

  I’m sorry to hear that the Pokémon card arrived with damage that’s definitely not the experience I want for anyone. I want to mention that the card was shipped in good condition and packaged with care. Unfortunately, once it’s in the hands of the postal service, I have no control over how it’s handled during transit. Also, I wasn’t contacted directly about this issue before now. I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to talk and clear things up.
