It was so good, I ordered one for myself too!
I have a friend who works on the counter in a Pharmacy, and has very little experience of common ailments. This is written in easy-to-understand language, and a good size to pop in a pocket or bag. Useful for all ages too, as a preliminary to assessing whether a visit to the GP or hospital outpatients is necessary.
It would be improved with a few illustrations, but apart from this, a good buy!
