Unfortunately, despite a very helpful conversation about the listing prior to purchase, the TV delivered was not as described - apparently due to a mix up in the seller's warehouse. Communication regarding the issue was excellent however and in no time I was being offered a brand new replacement. Delivery arrangements, if not the speediest, seemed very good for a large item requiring careful handling and hassle was kept to a minimum by picking up the return when bringing the replacement.
