Medical herb book and their uses
Seems to be one of the best/better books that I've bought on this topic . Content is very clear and easy to read and especially useful if you're into this topic.
Find the tag above is it compelling a bit awkward to put this under as to me that is a normal reading book BUT, if you're into herbalism in any form yes it is compelling - Sorry for the waffle

Herbal medicine
Love this book as it does deal with the condition and What herbs you can use for it . Gives details about how each herb is likely to react /benefit the medical condition.
Very useful little book and hopefully GP's will start to take note and use instead of being help to ransom by the big pharmaceutical companies BUT always check its Ok to use herb before taking if on other medication

1 of 1 found this helpful Very painful to remove not like removing a plaster from a sensitive area But the results are very good. It gets rid of the grease as well as the black head but not sure if forever or just until the next mask
