Poor build quality.
Leaking after 6 months.

Great washer but QC lets it down for average users
2 of 2 found this helpful First of all, I completely understand the few negative reviews floating about on Amazon.
I'll get to those later, any problems I had were down to QC but easily resolvable.
Unboxing, everything was neatly packed and nothing was missing.
Delivery, 48 hours to offshore - Incredible.
Assembly, the unit was easy to assemble and parts went together with no issues.
Instructions for hose reel could be better as there are design flaws.
The reel needs to be hanging out the back, if it's touching the airbox, pull the handle out and flip the two mounts.
The reel handle, if in too far fowls the nozzle holder inwards and if it's too high it fowls the gun rest. Couple of washers fixed that and lowering the reel fixed the other.
Included pfte tape was a great addition and was used on all wet threads.
First Start, long as you ensure the choke is off (warm is anything above 10 degrees), fuel is on and you've primed it with two pulls with choke on, it'll start.
It took 10w40 oil, easy to fill to required point.
I've cleaned so much with it so far, having used an electric pressure washer this thing is in another ballpark, in another city, another continent, another planet. Just look at the pictures for proof.
QC, this is where I believe the bad reviews stem from.
Mine had two wires loosely connected which eventually fell out which I guess caused me to go round in circles removing and filling oil, testing spark etc...
My gutter lance also had 1 ball bearing missing so I'm not using this yet as I don't know how safe it is to use with a missing piece of the quick coupling - I have not contacted MM about this yet as I only noticed it yesterday.
Overall, can't complain for the price and the quality.
Long as you're willing to potentially do a little troubleshooting, you'll have a fantastic washer 1/4 of the price for equivalent named brand.
Thanks MM for getting this out
