A delightful book.
I bought this story for my great nephew aged 2 who has two older sisters and loves animals. The theme is one which should appeal to or encourage a generous hearted child who is too small to be let loose in the kitchen. Lovely illustrations in a large-format paperback.
The publishers should be encouraged to issue this as a board book for independent reading as the paperback needs an adult or older sibling to manage the pages.

Superior quality and you can tell its freshly ground as the flavour is intense and the colour darker than more readily available mace.
