Not effective on me
Maybe my foot is too thin/flat but I can't cinch it up enough to get a stretch in my heel. Also, the Velcro strap you tighten your foot upward with has very sharp edges, feels like you could actually get a cut handling it. Disappointed.

Love these
We like them better than the brand you have to use a bag for. They are hard to find where we live so was glad to find them here. Thanks.

Do not stay attached all night
I've used the regular tan ones for years and can't do without them but lately my skin is reacting to the adhesive w a red rash when removed. So I tried these for sensitive skin, they are just not powerful enough to stay on all night. I will have to go back to original tan.
