Good when up and running but setup not straightforward.
Clearly this being the essentials version of Windows Server 2016 it is aimed at the small business market however the set up Wizards aimed at making it easier to set up actually make it harder because they do not work properly, the services needed to complete the installation and carry out updates are actually not started but it takes a lot of working out and wasted time before you work this out, the setup could not be completed using the wizard without manually switching on the services needed to update the operating system to allow installation to continue, the server essentials dashboard is much the same you usually find you have to start services manually which is not that difficult in itself once you know what service to start but you assume that this will be done automatically when you are adding roles using the Wizard. The good news is that all the usual configuration options of a Windows server operating system are there and access to services, control panel, device manager etc from older versions are there under the skin of the annoying set up Wizards and can be used instead so if you are familiar with those systems then set up can be done easier and quicker using them. Once actually set up the Operating System itself is very stable and very similar to Windows 10 infact it is almost identical visually. In conclusion I would say that once set up it is excellent but considering this is aimed at small business rather than companies with their own IT professionals that Microsoft really need to look at their set up wizard in future updates, it looks as though it has been added as an afterthought and would be better off without this if it was not going to fully integrate with the operating system and cause confusion and wasted time, that said I'm no IT expert and could have probably saved a lot of time and effort by looking on Microsoft forums at threads of people who had the same known installation issues.

Good value, good product and easy to fit.
Pretty good little drive and not expensive, so much faster than a traditional hard drive, if your thinking of swapping to SSD the price is no longer a limiting factor and you can use your old drive as a second drive for storage anyway. It will improve the start up time of your PC significantly

Good drives faster than average speed and performance.
Good drives at 12gbs speed, in my case my Sas controller does not support this speed as that would require a dedicated enclosure but handily it is also backward compatible to single rate 6 gbs speed and still much better performing than a sata drive at the same 6gbs link rate, 10,500 rpm speed as well in a 2.5 inch size, what's not to like? Nothing, as you can even mix and match them with sata drives as part of a raid array.
