  Postage was great, seller offered to send it as soon as possible great customer service! Packaging is normal, featured foam to protect the laptop and a bubble bag for the charging supply. Laptop is as described, it has all the features that were advertised, cheeky seller didn’t show the underside of the laptop which had a few scratches off the paint, but regardless I am very satisfied. Value? Absolutely amazing, £180 for a laptop like this is an absolute steal! Great refurbished product!
