Leslie Sansone Belly blasting walk.
Received my Leslie Sansone 'Belly Blasting Walk' and it's a good two mile walk with abdominal session after. Anyone can do these workouts, and you do sweat!

Leslie Sansone's Walk away the Pounds.
Arrived a little later than stated, but I love Leslie Sansone and just wanted a few of her workout DVD's before we lose this tech for good and have to rely on captured internet alternatives. Think about it, once you get rid of DVD's folk like Sky and Netflix have you renting for life. The DVD you own! The DVD was in good working order and I'm able to continue to enjoy Leslie's enthusiastic walking workouts, and they DO work.

Leslie Sansone Total Body Blasting Workout Programme
Excellent walking workout kit, you can do the specific 2 mile workouts with the option to tone legs, arms or torso. You can also plan a 1 to 5 mile walk with warm up and cool down and stretch, choosing from the different 1 mile walks. Comes with wrist weights, band and a tension band for work outs on legs. Doable exercise and Leslie is like having a friend in your living room.
