Great unit but not for everyone in 2020
One of the best gps ever made. Do not buy this for turn by turn road map.way to slow and maps out of date.
This is great as a back up in boat with a blue water chart installed.This is great with non garmin maps loaded.I use my 2 units on my snow machine and 4 wheeler with free Alaska Topo maps installed.Water proof.bullet proof.Operates in extreme -20 degree temps no problem.
Don't buy without seeing what the current date and time is showing correct..There is a program for fixing year 2000 problem that must be run.A little tricky to do.
Don't buy without seeing battery box condition.IE bad leaked batteries.Broken loose door mount.
Don't buy without usb data card cable.For loading maps
Don't buy without a data card installed.
Must have serial data cord to fix date problem.
Don't buy if "internal battery low message appears" Hard to fix must be soldered out.
Batteries are tricky to install.Install center batteries first to help.
Garmin maps are not free for this device.
As a topo map and blue water chart reader these cant be beat.
My buy price with cables is 50-75 dollars.75 being perfect with all cables.

55 is the best 45 too small 75 too much......................
This is a great product.It runs off a suitcase Honda 2000 and can still run in eco mode.You can plug in the dumb plug and it does no taper charge just a straight 45/50 amps dc into the battery pack or it can taper.you can buy a little plugin and do really smart charging.You can stack them.
The 55 is perfect for 6 golf batteries.The 75 would be ok but really strains a 2000 Honda suitcase.You can run the gen for 4-6 hours and then cruse through the night off the batts.

The best ever.
Buy this for the very clear speaker phone. Reception is great. good screen in the sun. loud ring. Very good hot spot wireless router. Does not overheat. Can use GPS and hotspot and talk all day long and it will not choke.
Very dense and heavy.cant change battery yourself.takes a special/expensive plug.
Best phone I have had for the hotspot/skeakerphone functions ever.
