  she marked it as shipped and then later told me she couldn’t find it, had me waiting around thinking it was coming. literally did not reply to any of my texts for about an entire week to which she just said she “couldn’t find it” and was gonna issue me a refund. which she did, but it still a huge inconvenience all around.
