Great product

I had high hopes for this product.
Nearly 2 months after receiving this product (Lg Studio neckband) the left earbud barely works. I can faintly hear the music in the left earbud, the right ear bud is playing at normal volume. I don’t have a hearing problem, I fully reset my iPhone 7 to make sure it wasn’t a problem with the phone and I checked the volume balance on my phone and it’s in the middle position. This neckband is now useless. I have no need for a half working LG Studio neckband. $136 down the drain.
Update:
This neckband is now not working at all. Do yourself a favor. Buy them from a retail store and buy the extended warranty.
