Damaged product

I bought one of these at Joann Stores and returned it because I didn't like the color. So I know how a good one should work. The frame on this one was bent. It comes in 2 pieces and there is a long tube that goes in the bottom hole and should fit right into the top hole. That allows it to spin around. On this product, when you put the tube in the bottom hole and raise it to the top, it won't go in the top hole because the frame is crooked. There is wire at the top that makes a curl at 4 corners. One of the curls was mashed all the way down. This wire does not bend easily so it could not have happened during shipping. This product was damaged before they sold it. I tried to bend the frame in shape with pliers so the tube can go in but even then, it is wobbly and will not spin. Waste of money. I should have kept the other one. The tube inserted easily and it spins like crazy with the slightest touch.

Didn't work

I purchased this product to eliminate the odor in my bathroom vanity cabinet. I've had 2 in there for over a month now. When they didn't work after the first week, I set them outside in the sun for hours hoping that would rejuvenate them. I didn't help. The odor is still there. Waste of money.
