  The item I purchased which was a horse bit, was posted in a padded paper envelope with bubble wrap. The package arrived at my house soaking wet through and empty. The courier delivered an empty package. I have attempted to obtain a refund via PayPal but this has gone against me due to tracking showing as delivered.I am now. £47.00 out of pocket, Not impressed that seller wouldn’t go to courier to get my money back. !!!! If you are using this seller ensure it’s packaged correctly, !!!
