Broke within 10minutes of first use
The spool broke within 10minutes. 5 minutes later the unit just stopped. After many emails (far to much for my liking of a brand new unit) I was sent a spark plug this didn't work I had to get a mechanic to look at it. He informed me it was the carburettor. So a few emails later a new carburettor arrived at my house. I then had to get someone to fit it as I no nothing about petrol strimmers
