2 CD: McCoy Unreal: The Anthology (New,Sealed) GILLAN Samson

Fans of McCoy, Mammoth, Atomic Rooster or Gillan (Deep Purple) then worth a punt.
A fair selection of tracks over a long and varied career. Some of sound quality from early or rare tracks is not top notch as only to be expected, and would have preferred a better version of Gillan's M.A.D. than the one chosen here. That said there are a lot of good ideas for composition showcased amongst the songs and I learnt a lot about Mr McCoys career (never new he was in Atomic Rooster for a while). It is on his own record label (Angel Air) which has supported many artists that the mainstream would expect to work for nothing which is a plus too. If you want polished, commercial, pop then do not buy. Recommended at the right price to rock fans whose taste spans 1970's to 2000's. Fans of McCoy, Mammoth, Atomic Rooster or Gillan (Deep Purple) then worth a punt. I liked it and it has had a fair few plays already.

Surprisingly good solo project from original Venom (Venom Ave) Guitarist Mantas.
Surprisingly good solo project from original Venom (Venom Ave) Guitarist Mantas. Heavy Black Metal without deviation or commercial dalliances, unlike the first Mantas solo record. Lots of spoke word (scene Setting) intros going into Venom + (Speed/Heaviness) without losing quality of musicianship. Your not getting Joe Satriani on guitar, but solid competent riffing, power drumming, and shouted but clear vocals (like old school Venom) with better than expected production. If you like a bit of Pop/Punk AKA Green Day then this probably is not for you, but if you like it straight route 1 guitar and attitude with minimal subtlety then may be worth a try. 666 FTW say no more . . .

Bosch Dishwasher - Everthing comes out clean - Whats not to like?
Our second Bosch Dishwasher, both brought secondhand, this one is about 18months old and cost me £100 on Ebay. Our previous one lasted more than 10 years. And when it broke (finally) it was either a Smeg or another Bosch and the gods of chance as to which came up first at £100 or less for a full size dishwasher with a white finish to match our kitchen. Well how is the £100 Bosch I here you ask (well read anyway)? In a nutshell - It is excellent. Better clearance than the old one in the bottom tray, with a utensils basket that can now go almost anywhere. There are a few more programs but to be honest you only need a standard wash, a get the pans / dogs bowls cleaned (high temp wash), and a quick wash. All of which are perfectly catered for. We now have a knife tray too (bonus). It is quieter, and quicker. Everything comes out clean. What is not to like? Recommended.
