A thing of unique beauty

A lovely work of art - the music sounds as fresh today as ever it did, a beautiful album to treasure. This edition has the original gatefold artwork lovingly reproduced with new liner notes on the inner sleeves, and the vinyl is heavy duty. There is also a download voucher, and the postage is free, and the asking price is already best value. My copy arrived in high quality packaging, and when I took the album out it was so beautiful in the shrink wrap that I was tempted to just keep it intact and occasionally gloat over it. This feeling soon passed however, to be replaced by the infinitely more pleasurable experience of grooving to the Can. I recommend that you purchase this album immediately and without hesitation.

Great Album, Terrible Pressing

What a shame - this is one of the best albums by the fall, and one of their better produced. This limited edition release suffers from poor sound quality - as one reviewer says on Discogs, it sounds like a 128 kb mp3. The CD is a better bet, and has a bonus track.

quality reissue

heavyweight vinyl, lyrics, extra protective inner sleeve, nice reworking of the original RCA orange label, great remastered sound, this re-issue is a really nice item. If you live outside the U.S, you can't buy a second hand copy of this album as cheaply as you can this new issue, so unless you are determined to have an original pressing on that inferior quality mid 1970s vinyl, this is a no-brainer ! Did I mention that it's a great album also ?
