Very little signal.
3 of 3 found this helpful The position of my main router means that I have very little signal to my outside rooms. I bought this little box and placed it in the middle of the house. It took about 5 minutes to sort out how to use it and pair to my main router. Once that was done, I went to the furthest point of my house, logged onto speedtest and checked my speed. I then connected to the Netgear mini and checked again. The speed was doubled. My wifi is now available throughout my entire house. No more moaning children. Well, no more moaning about wifi anyway. :( . Great little thing. Highly recommended.

Thinking of going DAB?
3 of 3 found this helpful Ive been contemplating dab for quite a while and finally took the plunge with this little box. Dead easy to install (cigar plug) and was running within 2 minutes of getting it out of the box. Plug the antenna in and scan for channels. I got 55 but I know there are 68 available where I am. Check the transmitter frequency and tune my car stereo to it. Booooooom !!!! What a sound. Great quality. In 2 weeks, my fm radio has not been used at all. Now the down side. It drops out (loses signal) but it soon picks back up. Some stations are nationwide so there was no probs there. Planet Rock is now back on. Oh how Ive missed it. Its all down to the antenna. An external mag. is probably the best but the wire ones across the windscreen give good reception. I was incredibly disappointed with a purchased stick on antenna. Length seems to be your friend. Would I recommend it. Oh yes. 100%. And of course, you can pop it from car to car in the blink of an eye.
