Nice tap but not as gold as pictured
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a nice tap overall but it is definitely a dull goldy-brass colour, less bright and shiny than the pictures suggest. It is a substantial size, larger than I expected but I'm sure I could have prepared myself for that better by paying attention to the measurements. One thing that is slightly disappointing is the pull out bit doesn't fix firmly back into position in the spout - it dangles a couple of millimetres and there's no magnet or screw-back mechanism to keep it flush to the tap. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. I've got a gold strainer plug to give you a sense of the difference in colour.
